Villa Romero is a unique, contemporary-style villa set in the foothills of the Bermeja mountains of Estepona.
Los Pedregales is a beautiful natural park just a few kilometres from the coast and is protected from development by local bylaws.
It is very quiet and secluded yet easily accessible via a tarmacked, street-lit road giving excellent access right to the front door.
The property.
The villa has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, UK satellite tv, a huge lounge and dining area and a large, fully-fitted kitchen. The extensive grounds have a 10m x 5m private pool, individual terrace areas and amount to 3000 sq mtrs including a separate paddock/orchard area.
The whole of the south side of the lounge is virtually a wall of double-glazed hardwood French doors which open out to the terraces and pool, and which show off the magnificent views of the mountains, the Mediterranean and the Atlas mountains of Morocco.
The principal bedrooms also have double doors to the terraces and look out over the same views.
There is plenty of space here to stretch out and get away from it all (or from each other!).

Estepona is at the heart of the Costa del Sol in Andalusia, which is also known as the Costa del Golf. There are over 40 courses in the region of which some 23 are located within a twenty minute drive of Villa Romero. The area's Championship courses include the Marbella Golf and Country Club, Estepona’s El Paraiso Club and the world famous Valderrama in Sotogrande, host to the 1997 Ryder Cup.
Andalusia itself has a total of 86 golfing facilities ranging from championship country clubs, to those adapted for amateurs and tourists. All of them are in perfect condition and prepared for visiting golfers of all levels.
