To make the bank transfer or online payment of your booking deposit and or full payment please contact us for our bank details.

I enclose 25% non-returnable booking deposit of €...........(euros).

The final balance of €...........(euros) plus €250 security deposit* is due six weeks before the date of arrival.

If a booking is made within the six week period, the full payment must be paid with this booking form together with the €250 security deposit*.

You are required to have appropriate travel and personal insurance. The owners cannot accept any liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of your holiday.

You acknowledge that you are signing this agreement with full knowledge of our terms and conditions of booking. Please check the box and sign below to signify acceptance of these terms.

*Note: The €250 security deposit will be returned in full within 7 days of the end of your holiday after receipt of the keys and electric gate remote controls, and assuming there is no damage or breakages to either the property or its contents, or any additional laundry or cleaning charges.
